So winters come and winters gone and the effects thereof can be felt lol
I confess to being a piggy in the blanket….literally! Winter saw me snuggled under the covers snacking on this and that and hence a kilo or 2 unnecessarily crept on! Now the mission is ON to get it OFF! I have started getting into my daily routine to exercise for 45 minutes a day for about 3-4 days a week, I am desperately trying to kick the snacking habit (getting there slowly) and to kick start my mind and get my A into G I have signed up to a boot camp.
So I will keep you posted on how that goes. I am really syked up for it and I cannot wait to get seriously into this training. Getting fit is hard and keeping fit is even harder, ask me, I know this first hand. Losing hope and stalling has done no one any favours so don’t look back at what you should have done but rather look forward at what you should be doing.
We all have down days, weeks or months for that matter but that does not mean we should give up. If we all threw in the towel so easily, what fun would that be?
I challenge you all to take summer by the horns and ride this month like a champion. Let’s make healthy food choices, cut out sugar and snacks and let’s get our sexy on!
